MEN'S MINISTRIES

Many men try to walk this road called "life" pretty much on their own. The truth is we are not an island nor do we need to struggle through life by ourselves. How much better it is to come alongside other guys who are going through trials and struggles of life, just like  you are. Beginning this winter Winter 2009-2010... a new ministry, just for men will begin here at Millington Church... "A Road Less Travelled" for most men... a road that leads to a life of walking with Christ. 

SPECIAL EVENTS - Monthly activities are planned for our Men's ministry. These activities will range from traveling to great places here in the state of Michigan, to cookouts and camping, canoeing, fishing, wild game dinners and just about anything in between. Some events will also be geared to include our families. This is an incredible time for men to gather together and to realize that we do not have to travel the road of life alone. 

WEDNESDAY NIGHTS-FORGED IN THE FIRE - Men will gather once a week for a time of study on various topics and books that focus on issues related to our life's journey. All men have tough choices dealing with everday challenges that test character and integrity. Focus topics will range from 6 to 8 weeks in length.
